How Your Form Submission Is Processed
Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-submission service that delivers your message to our email inbox. Web3Forms receives the information you submit in order to perform this delivery. We do not control Web3Forms' own data retention practices; their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com.
Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and general location and device information (such as browser type and approximate region, derived from IP address). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you by name.

Embedded Video Content
Our Video and About pages include embedded videos and social media content from YouTube and Instagram. On this site, these embeds are click-to-load: nothing loads from YouTube or Instagram's servers, and no related cookies are set, until you actively click to play a video. Once you do, that platform's own privacy policy and cookie practices apply to your interaction with the embedded player.
Buttons on this site link to WhatsApp to start a conversation with us. Once you follow that link, your conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, or until you ask us to delete it.
